We’re now looking for an energetic doer for the role as Office Manager for the Gothenburg office (which is the HQ for Zalster).

This is Zalster

As a Facebook Marketing Partner, we’re developing next-generation’s platform and Slack bot - containing the most flexible solutions for automating and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns. Our clients are both advertisers and agencies who wants to save time and increase performance.

Who are you?

  • A problem-solver
  • A doer
  • You have experience in handling financial transactions
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (both written and spoken)
  • You’re positive and full of energy!

Your tasks

  • Manage and analyze some financial transactions
  • Assist staff with their workload
  • Manage and record office and travel expenses
  • Plan office events
  • Make sure employees are satisfied with their work environment
  • Order kitchen and office supplies
  • Onboard new staff members
  • Make sure guests of Zalster feels welcome
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Work from our office in Gothenburg, Sweden
