Customer Success Manager, Nordics

At Zalster, we’re in the middle of an exciting journey where we’re trying to change the online marketing industry by automating the optimization of Facebook Ads. With a strong team, cutting edge technology based on artificial intelligence and great revenue, we are growing rapidly - but we want to move even faster.

We’re now looking for a driven, analytic and passioned person as Customer Success Manager for the Nordics. Upon your start, you'll get our unique in-house training program (in everything from marketing in large, to Facebook Ads).

As a Facebook Marketing Partner we’re developing next-generation’s ad platform containing the most flexible solutions for automating and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns. Our clients are both advertisers and agencies who wants to save time and increase performance dramatically - basically earn more money.

Who are you?

  • 1+ year experience in online marketing
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English and preferably German, French or Spanish​
  • Experienced in Facebook Ads
  • Passioned for success and being a part of a high growth company
  • A strong team player willing to constantly learn from and teach others​
  • Excellent social skills that allow you to build trust and close relationships
  • Analytical and passioned for data
  • You’re positive and open-minded

Your tasks

  • Manage and grow our clients and their success with Facebook Ads
  • Continuously build long-term relationships with our client base
  • Analyze and proactively recommend our clients to grow their business
  • Collaborate closely with our Customer Success team
  • Run webinars and attend events
  • Work from our office in Gothenburg, Sweden
